The flat is on the fourth floor, with A LOT of light, East-West orientation, without vis-a vis. Sunny, grandiose, with high classic ceilings. Fully equipped, decorated and furnished with highest standards in a nice mix of modern functional furniture and art nouveau antiques.

A large professional Italian glass & wooden desk & chair bureau area with drawers overlooking the river allows professionals to work in a perfect atmosphere.
Antique large storage cupboards and libraries add to the classic decor.
Two large double east-facing french windows and no vis-a-vis make the living room very bright and confortable.

Bedroom
The bedroom (20 m2, East-facing) has also lovely front view of the river, unspoiled through a large double french window. Extra wide (King's size) bed with canopy, two wardrobes, matching night tables with drawers and a large comode with a big mirror, all in solid wood, assure in excess space for clothing rangement. Philippe Stark's bed-table lamps provide a touch of modernity.

The spacious kitchen & eating room (20 m2, west- facing) has more than enough espace for cooking and entertaining friends Kitchen is fully equipped with first line, modern appliances: vitro-ceramic stove, oven, large dishwasher, large-size fridge & freezer, and washing machine. For your confort, there is also a microwave, a water boiler and a toaster.

This is a non-smoking property. For safety reasons (as well as pollution, dust and noise), kindly refrain from opening the windows overlooking the street. The apartment can be aired through the windows overlooking west (the backyard)

El piso está en la cuarta planta, con MUCHA luz, orientación Este-Oeste, sin vis-a-vis. Soleado, grandioso, con techos altos clásicos. Totalmente equipado, decorado y amueblado con los más altos estándares en una agradable mezcla de muebles funcionales modernos y antigüedades art nouveau.

La mayoría de las personas que eligen alojarse en el piso son profesionales y/o nómadas digitales, ya que dispone de una increíble zona de trabajo con vistas incomparables.

La calefacción y el agua caliente están garantizados por una caldera de gas Vaillant nueva. Todo el cableado eléctrico, las tuberías de agua, el suelo y las paredes se han renovado recientemente. Las puertas y ventanas son históricas, y han sido renovadas con los más altos estándares.

Esta es una propiedad para no fumadores. Por razones de seguridad (así como la contaminación, el polvo y el ruido), por favor abstenerse de abrir las ventanas que dan a la calle. El apartamento se puede ventilar a través de las ventanas que dan al oeste (el patio trasero)
