SMR-Monoprosopi is specialized in short term rentals intended for academic events, and cultural, artistic and academic residences, but can also provide co-living services for the digital nomads of all ages. Pets allowed, children allowed (we just need to coordinate with the other guests in a room, or on the floor but in principle there shouldn't be a problem - we will make sure of that).
Keep in mind, you can also rent the entire house (3000 euro a month) or entire floors of four rooms (for 1500 euro a month).

Monoprosopi EPE School of Materialist Research offers full logistic, organizational services as well as participation in program planning of the interuniversity platform School of Materialist Research. The company also offers organization of on-site (combined with online) events (symposia, seminars, panels, conferences etc.). Apart from that it is open to host groups for trainings, workshops, retreats, offering both working space (the "living room" is in fact a 40 meters square conference/meeting room with a library, adjustable for meals and sitting area with armchairs and sofa functioning as a living room as well - it is connected to the modular kitchen linked with a semi-enclosed socializing area and the laundry area. The designated smoking area is there as well. (You can also smoke on the balconies of the other part of the building, i.e. the dormitory or hotel/hostel area (it is organized like that). We use keynest and similar contactless check-in services, and the owner of the house and the company does not reside at the property.
