We really enjoy our staying at Eduardo's apartment. The flat is very cosy, sunny, clean and spacious. Everything you need in the kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms. Thanks the host for his hospitality and the starter gift, that was very kind!

Eduardo is a fantastic landlord - thoughtful, quick to respond, and so kind. We had a wonderful time in São Martinho do Porto, and Eduardo's apartment was the perfect place for us to live, work and play. You will be in excellent hands with Eduardo as your landlord - from the warm welcome to the open communication throughout, you will feel right at home.

The apartment is literally steps away from the beautiful beach of São Martinho do Porto, but nestled away from the hustle and bustle which allows you some peace and quiet when you need it. Easy access to lots of restaurants and pubs, grocery stores and coffee shops.

The house is great, comfortable, clean, and everything in order. We had a request for an extra bed. That was no problem. Any time we needed help, Eduardo was there for us. He helped us with getting there, arranged a bike, and was always flexible.

Great, great experience!

It is a small town but with some restaurants, supermarkets, and small shops. The town is not dead because there are a bunch of tourists that come. It is easy to get to other tows with the train that is there or if you have a car it is even better

The location and quality of the lodging was excellent. Edward has taken great trouble to make the place comfortable for the visitor. The natura lighting in the house is awesome and the balcony off the living area is real nice. Lots of space.

The bedrooms (there are two) are good size with lots of closet space. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary tools to allow for basic cooking. The appliances tended to be a challenge to operate as all the dials are notated with symbols specific to PT/EU or Portuguese. Someone page usage manual for each appliance would be of great help. The bathroom is a nice size but the tub requires navigating a set of steps that could be an issue for an older person.

The neighborhood is fabulous with the boardwalk, restaurants, and grocery within a 5 minute walk.

Edward is great to work with and very responsive. While I never had a chance to meet him (as he was traveling on work) there was not a single instance that he did not respond almost instantly to my queries or concerns.

Great place ... and I would return in a heartbeat sometime in the near future. Really loved my visit.

Eduardo was always responsive and tried to accommodate to my needs. Very friendly and professional, checked in twice during the stay to ask if everything was okay.

It's a really quiet neighbourhood, most apartments seem to be only habituated during weekends or holidays. Was perfect for working and dipping in the pool from time to time.

This apartment is spectacular and we had the best time here. The complex is very clean and quiet, the pool is great. Eduardo and his family are fantastic hosts and very welcoming. Everything was perfect and would love to return one day.

Sao Martinho is a lovely relaxed seaside town. The condo is well located out of the main area but an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Baia Cultural Bar is a hidden gem off the main beach and the food is delicious.
