I love to cook healthy meals, I use fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients, in harmony with the cycles of nature. This approach gives me a sense of wholeness and well-being, as well as contributing to sustainable practices. Whenever I can, I try to be in touch with nature. I love hiking surrounded by majestic trees or simply breathing in the fresh air of the mountains. Nature is a source of inspiration for me, it nourishes body and soul.
